What do you get when you add racing cars on a drag way, the scent of hamburgers on a grill, and the latest tunes filling the air? You get Southern Slam Session! This was the first year for this show, sponsored by Vaperz Auto Club, which turned out around 100+ autos at the Clarksville Speedway. Speaking of speedway, for a few bucks you could sling shot your ride down the drag strip which was located behind the show & shine area. There was a live D.J. on hand spinning the latest tunes, an SPL sound off, as well as a few vendors selling goods. Oh yeah, there was plenty to eat, too! The weather was great and the ESM crew had a blast talking to old friends and making a few new ones. Come to the show next year and we will see you there!
