Frosty Wheels Auto Show 2006

The Frosty Wheels Auto Show has become a favorite mid-winter auto show for the mid-south located at the Williamson County Agricultural Center in Franklin, Tennessee. This show comes around a few months before the official show season kicks off so it is very welcome for those of us that have the custom auto itch. This is a smaller, indoor show that doesn't have bikini clad models walking around nor does it have a big time DJ spinning contemporary tunes, but what it does have are cars that are not garaged! The biggest advantage is that Frosty Wheels does not have the huge crowds that larger shows have, so taking photographs is less of chore.

Sometimes this show has a ride or two that has just been finished (or nearly finished) that has yet to be debuted in the first big auto show of the year, so this show makes it possible to catch a preview. This show hosts mainly street rods and classic muscle cars, but there are always a handful of contemporary rides available as well. There was a car corral in the center of the arena, a food bar, and plenty of vendors. This show has become a regular attraction for the ESM crew and we recommend it to street rod and muscle car enthusiasts. Until next year...
